Navigational Safety Advisory - Ice Guidelines for the Cook Inlet 2023-2024

The U.S. Coast Guard Captain of The Port (COTP), Western Alaska has signed the 2023-2024 Operating Guidelines for Ice Conditions in Cook Inlet on October 17, 2023. There are no significant changes to this year's Guidelines.
